We are looking for a confident and technically capable Field Engineer to support key clients across Berkshire and Wiltshire. This is not simply a reactive support role. You will be relied upon to maintain stable, high‑performing environments while acting as a trusted technical partner to your clients. You will serve as the link between client sites and internal teams, combining strong troubleshooting capability with clear communication and excellent service delivery.
What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like
- Managing escalated technical support tickets from 1st Line, resolving more complex issues
- Conducting thorough root cause analysis rather than applying short‑term fixes
- Supporting users remotely and attending site visits when required
- Providing clear technical guidance and practical solutions to end users
- Accurately documenting incidents and resolutions within the ticketing system
