The Opportunity
This is a leadership role at the centre of our growth. You will take ownership of product delivery, client success, and roadmap strategy, working closely with senior leadership to ensure clients realise tangible value from our platform. The role sits across technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, with a focus on scaling, automation, and continuous improvement, making it particularly well suited to candidates who have led or supported tax technology initiatives within professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Roadmap Ownership
- Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap
- Oversee priorities from initial concept through to delivery
- Align product development with client needs and business objectives
- Client Success & Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
- Build long-term client relationships focused on outcomes
- Improve processes using data, feedback, and insight
- Automation & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise workflows

About You
We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong blend of accountancy and software experience, demonstrated through one of the following career paths:
- Accountancy: Trained as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) before moving into a software, product, or technology role
- Software (Accountancy or Financial): Built a career within the software/SaaS sector, working specifically with accountancy or financial services clients, with deep domain expertise in practice workflows, compliance, or tax
