We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team at T & T Roofing Limited. This role is central to the smooth running of our office, providing administrative and financial support across the business, assisting with company branding and record-keeping, and ensuring the day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office administration, including calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep the workspace (including the kitchen) clean, tidy, and well stocked.
  • Organise meetings, prepare refreshments, greet visitors, and provide a professional first point of contact.
  • Manage monthly transactions: download invoices from suppliers, gather and check receipts, and track payments.
  • Carry out monthly meter readings and log results.
  • Make supplier payments over the phone when required.
  • Support financial processes: check and print invoices for month-end accounts, track applications, retentions, and payment terms.
  • Assist with basic accounting records and liaise with accounts.
  • Update the company website with case studies and project information.
  • Support social media and branding through content creation and updates.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional and approachable, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with social media, content, and website management.
