The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Facilities Service Lead to join our team in Glasgow. This is a senior operational and strategic leadership role responsible for driving the performance, growth, and development of facilities services. The Facilities Business Lead will support technical service delivery while identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of T-SQUARED.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across facilities services, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of technical projects and services, ensuring all relevant regulatory, statutory, and health and safety requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting growth within existing accounts and securing new clients.
- Lead and support bid and tender processes, contributing to successful business development outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across the business to support service innovation and continuous improvement.
- Translate organisational strategy into practical, deliverable plans across operations.
What You Will Need
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role within facilities management or a related sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex, technical services or projects, ideally within controlled or critical environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in business development, bids, and tenders.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and grow business opportunities, both within existing clients and new markets.
- Experience applying industry knowledge to deliver focused, bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
