T-SQUARED in Glasgow is seeking a Cost Manager/QS to join our commercial team. You will oversee cost planning, estimates, tendering, negotiated works and contract administration for technically demanding facilities, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
You will manage pre-construction and post-construction activities, handle valuations, change control, final accounts, and ensure compliance with contracts and industry standards while protecting the company’s interests and supporting business.
