Overview

CCTV Van Operator at T.S.S. (Total Security Services) Ltd is based in Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom. Open to candidates with the latest education / GCSE. This role is in the Administration field.

Responsibilities

  • Gatehouse duties and CCTV monitoring, including internal and external patrols.
  • Operate in a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights, including weekends and weekdays).
  • Ensure you have own transport if required and comply with all safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of system knowledge and functionality; follow company processes at all times.
  • Complete daily health checks on CCTV vans (visuals, audio, alarms) and log all relevant information in daily occurrence books.
  • Update the Crime Hub immediately for incidents/issues that may escalate; write incident reports and refer them to the Crime Hub; attach video (audio) verification where possible.
  • Answer 2-Way Audio/Video Assistance Calls and monitor high-risk stores as required.
  • Manage emergency situations in line with Company Policy and take reasonable care of health and safety; report unsafe conditions.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience or capability in CCTV operations and gatehouse duties (SIA license required).
  • Manuel driving license (and CCTV monitoring experience) preferred; basic driving may be required.
  • GCSE or equivalent education level is required for this role.
  • Based in Stockton area is ideal; role covers North East region.
