The Talent and DEI Analyst plays a critical supporting role in the effective planning and execution of talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the region and will have a varied remit with opportunities for exposure to senior stakeholders and collaboration with global colleagues. This position is essential in ensuring that all talent and DEI activities are executed efficiently and smoothly, contributing to TRP's broader mission of fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment. The role involves close collaboration with local and global HR stakeholders and global Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This role is crucial to the success of the regional Talent and DEI agenda; leading project management of core activities and idea generation for engagement initiatives, ensuring that projects are well-planned, events are managed seamlessly, and data is effectively analyzed and reported to support decision-making. The purpose of this role is to drive engagement, support leadership development, and ensure that Talent and DEI initiatives are effectively implemented to enhance the overall associate experience at TRP.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with local business stakeholders, HR partners as well as external suppliers to collaboratively plan talent management, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders of all levels to ensure the seamless execution of key strategic initiatives as part of the regional Talent and DEI agenda.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on project status, logistics, and any changes to planned activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with both local and global teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Collaborate with global CoEs to localize and implement global talent and DEI strategies, ensuring alignment with TRP’s business objectives and cultural context.
- Attend regular meetings as regional representative as required, including: Monthly Leadership Development meeting, Learning Priorities meeting, Bi-weekly DEI team meeting.
- Project Management & Planning:
- Project management of key region-specific and regulatory initiatives, including annual gender pay gap reporting and preparation activities for new FCA guidelines, in partnership with HR colleagues.
- Work with regional Comms Partner to execute regular communication of local leadership/learning sessions.
- Manage efficient planning and delivery of leadership and learning development programs, onboarding workshops and in-tact team sessions that are designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of TRP’s workforce.
- Support implementation of strategy to enhance learning engagement in the region, including communications and development of in-person learning schedule based on local needs analysis.
- Partner with Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and other employee networks to support their activities, initiatives and events.
- Lead annual planning process for the EMEA Talent and DEI team across all activity, including support for Talent & DEI Manager with annual BRG events planning.
- DEI Initiatives and Programs:
- Support the implementation of local DEI initiatives and events, including support for associate led networks and business resource groups.
- Support activity and documentation of progress for the EMEA DEI Steering Committee, including follow up of actions and preparation of materials.
- Monitor and report on the progress of DEI initiatives, using data and insights to inform continuous improvement efforts and provide updates.
- Talent Management and Succession Planning:
- Partner with global Talent CoE and local HR partners to support the implementation of talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Support the efficient execution of initiatives to embed the leadership framework through dedicated sessions and resources.
- Support planning and execution of local talent and development initiatives such as work experience/internships, learning and development workshops, etc. as required.
- Associate engagement and Listening Initiatives:
- Lead research and implementation of 2025 visitor strategy, identifying key groups in EMEA to target for engagement, creation of innovative and interactive experiences for associates and smooth preparation and planning for events.
- Accountable for implementation, planning and idea generation for associate engagement initiatives and high-profile events including: associate listening circles, BRG/network events, associate focus groups, etc.
- Utilize engagement surveys and other listening tools to gather employee feedback, analyze trends and provide briefing materials for key stakeholders.
- Work with HR and business leaders to address areas identified for improvement based on analysis of engagement survey data and other listening tools.
- Data Literacy and Reporting:
- Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to talent management and DEI initiatives.
- Lead 2026 strategy for adoption of Visier in the EMEA Talent & DEI team, devising creative ways to utilize available data and acting as a champion/superuser for the team.
- Coordinate preparation of regular reporting materials and updates, e.g. Board reports and EMEA DEI Steering Committee meeting materials.
- Use and analyze data to create reports and presentations that provide insights into program effectiveness, areas for improvement, and overall progress against goals.
- Manage accurate records and data dashboards for the team to track key metrics and outcomes.
- Coordinate regular EMEA budget updates for both Talent and DEI, manage timely payment of invoices and ensure records are up to date.
- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on talent management, DEI, leadership development or associate engagement.
- A genuine interest in learning about talent management and DEI, with a desire to contribute to initiatives that promote an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, with an understanding of cultural nuances and their impact on business practices.
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; demonstrates pro-active approach and is flexible with change.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly planned and executed.
- Ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives, HR professionals, and employee groups.
- Professional certifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, DEI, or related fields are desirable but not essential.
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
