We are looking for a senior developer with proven Python experience to join our team, working on both in-flight and greenfield projects in an exciting and rapidly evolving marketplace. Role Summary And Job Responsibilities Analysis and delivery of complex Front Office investments data and analytics tools with a focus on ESG data Pro-active and independent engagement with business and technology partners of varying levels to ensure clarity of the problem and opportunity Elicit business requirements, questioning and challenging where necessary Contribute to tactical and strategic roadmap planning Manage technical debt within the tools Proactively help team members/make suggestions to improve practices Lead projects or work streams, providing guidance and expertise Business Knowledge Able to work directly with business stakeholders, shape solution direction, and deliver practical outcomes.
