Role Summary
In this role, you will design, develop, automate, support, and continuously improve enterprise digital platforms supporting the IPEx organization.
You will leverage expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS cloud technologies, Dev Ops practices, and test automation to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
You will work across the software delivery lifecycle, partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams to build and support critical digital capabilities.
The successful candidate will be a strong hands‑on engineer who can solve complex technical challenges, improve operational excellence through automation, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for
- Performing as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, cloud engineering, or platform operations.
- Designing, developing, testing, and supporting solutions across AEM and AWS platforms.
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, and operational tooling.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests across unit, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing layers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex application, platform, and production issues.
- Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Identifying and addressing technical debt within supported applications and platforms.
- Supporting observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Contributing to secure software development practices and platform resiliency.

- Understanding of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, workflows, and content models.
- Experience supporting AEM environments and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of AEM performance, security, and operational best practices.
- AWS & Cloud Engineering
- Experience developing and supporting solutions using AWS services.
- Familiarity with services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, Cloud Front, Dynamo DB, RDS, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, networking, and operational best practices.
- Dev Ops & Platform Engineering
- Experience working with Git‑based source control and CI/CD platforms.
- Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, or similar tools.
- Experience implementing deployment automation and environment management solutions.
- Understanding of Dev Ops principles and operational excellence practices.
- Test Automation
- Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of unit, integration, API, UI, and end‑to‑end testing approaches.
- Experience with tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Typically requires 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in software development, cloud engineering, Dev Ops, or platform operations.
