Role Summary
The Market Research VOC Manager leads the design, execution, and synthesis of voice of client research to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the firm. The Market Research Manager translates client feedback and market intelligence into compelling narratives that drive measurable business impact. This is a full-time, 12-month temporary assignment to provide maternity leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, programming, and continuous optimization of Qualtrics-enabled global client surveys to capture meaningful feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track client satisfaction, sentiment, and emerging trends.
- Apply text and speech analytics to extract actionable insights from call transcripts, survey verbatims, secondary research, and other sources.
- Synthesize insights across primary and secondary sources (e.g., surveys, syndicated research, social listening) to inform strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of a centralized insights repository to improve knowledge sharing and drive more informed decisions across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in market research, voice of client, or related analytics roles.
