About the Role: We are seeking a Product Marketing Director, Global / International Equity Lead to provide senior-level marketing leadership for our Global / International Equity capabilities. This role is responsible for shaping product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market direction in alignment with broader enterprise content and marketing priorities.

As a key subject matter expert, you will bring strategic perspective and investment expertise to help teams across Product Marketing, Content & Insights, Investments, Global Product, Segment Marketing, and Distribution align around priorities, client needs, and commercial opportunities. You will play a central role in ensuring our Global / International Equity story is differentiated, compelling, and consistently brought to market across audiences and channels.

This is a senior individual contributor role. While highly visible and influential, it does not include direct people management responsibility. Success in this role will come through subject matter expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product marketing direction and prioritization for Global / International Equity in alignment with business unit goals and enterprise marketing priorities.
  • Apply enterprise and content marketing strategies within the context of Global / International Equity to ensure relevance, consistency, and commercial impact.
  • Serve as a key coordination lead for asset class-related marketing opportunities, campaigns, and content requests, as needed.
  • Partner with content strategy, content creation, content enablement, segment marketing, and client-facing teams to align priorities with messaging, business objectives, and market opportunities.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies for Global / International Equity capabilities and products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, investment trends, and market developments impacting Global / International Equity.
  • Lead integrated product marketing and communications planning across the client journey for the assigned asset class.
  • Build strong partnerships with Investment Heads, Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Product Managers, Distribution leaders, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Take an ownership mindset for asset class business outcomes and marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, investment marketing, asset management, product strategy, investment communications, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, asset classes, capital markets, and institutional/intermediary client segments.
  • Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex investment capabilities.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree and/or CFA designation.
  • Experience working directly with investment professionals, portfolio managers, or product management teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise or global marketing initiatives across multiple regions and client segments.
