We are a specialist consultancy that helps service-driven organisations deliver smarter, faster, and more profitable client journeys. Our expertise spans operational excellence, CRM and automation, and custom AI-powered solutions. We are now looking for a Marketing Lead to help us build visibility, open doors, and drive growth across the UK, UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Build case studies, decks, and visual stories from client work.
- Manage content calendar and campaigns.
- Position the consultancy as the go-to expert in operational efficiency & client experience.
- Own the marketing roadmap.
- Support the founder to drive lead generation via networking, partnerships, and event participation.
- Support the founder to build and manage relationships with decision-makers.
- Track and report on key KPIs.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in consulting, tech, or services.
- Strong content and storytelling skills (can simplify complex solutions).
- Excellent networking, relationship, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven - thrives in a small, fast-moving consultancy environment.
