We are committed to meeting the requirements of our loyal customers by delivering a first-class service to them. We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy Distribution Centre in Swindon. This position would suit a candidate from a similar background in the food industry or a manager from the warehouse and distribution sector and an appreciation of the linked transportation requirements. As Operations Manager within our Swindon Depot, youll play a critical role in ensuring that the warehouse operation is running safely and efficiently whilst optimising our fleet of vehicles and their route plans. Maximising productivity efficiency and achieving the Depots KPIs by leading from the front.
