Finance Administrator £ 25,944.00 per annum 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Office Based Swindon, SN5 We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our busy Finance Department based at our Swindon Head Office . The Position: As Finance Administrator you will, as part of the team, ensure the smooth running of the companys Sales Ledger as well as assisting with other ledgers that fall under our remit. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and y our duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Processing cash sheets from depots and other sources, verify and post onto Sales Ledger. Reviewing depot delivery copy invoices, identifying any customer credits required, checking and processing accordingly Reviewing, checking, and processing customer goods returned forms and customer credit requests from the Sales Centres for assigned depots
