Van Driver (Used Cooking Oil)
£ 26,004 per annum
Average 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Used Cooling Oil Collection Van Driver to join our Leeds team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect used cooking oil from various commercial establishments and transport it to our facility safely and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment while enjoying a stable and rewarding career.
The Position:
- Adhere to established schedules and routes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensuring you comply with all EU Drivers Rule legislation
- Involvement in business development to ensure full utilisation of the van
- Ensuring your collection vehicle is kept clean and tidy
- Maintain accurate records of collections, routes, and quantities collected in line with the company requirements.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of collected oil to maintain its quality.
The Person:
- A full clean Driving Licence is essential
- Previous experience as a van or truck driver is preferred.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to lift and move heavy containers of used cooking oil.
- A commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
