We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work in our busy Finance department based at our Swindon Head Office.

The Position:

  • As a Credit Controller you will provide day to day administrative support to the Senior Credit Controller & Finance Director.
  • Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Day to day contact with customers regarding outstanding debt
  • Manage Credit Control Ledgers for various Depots
  • Produce weekly reports for presentation to the Senior Credit Controller/FD
  • Ensure customers' computerised records are up to date at all times
  • Liaise with other members of staff regarding account issues
  • Ensure debtors are kept to a minimum

The Person:

  • Have previous Credit Control experience
  • Be proficient in MS Excel
  • Have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
  • Show professional communication skills both written and verbally
  • Have the ability to consistently produce accurate work
