Credit Controller
Office Based Swindon, SN5
We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work in our busy Finance department based at our Swindon Head Office.
The Position:As a Credit Controller you will provide day to day administrative support to the Senior Credit Controller & Finance Director. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Day to day contact with customers regarding outstanding debt
Manage Credit Control Ledgers for various Depots
Produce weekly reports for presentation to the Senior Credit Controller/FD
Ensure customers computerised records are up to date at all times
Liaise with other members of staff regarding account issues
Ensure debtors are kept to a minimum
The Person
Have previous Credit Control experience
Be proficient in MS Excel
Have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
Show professional communication skills both written and verbally
Have the ability to consistently produce accurate work
