This role is responsible for providing business analysis, quality assurance, and some project leadership for the Terminal Efficiencies Project. This role is responsible for leading the requirements to test strategy workflow throughout the lifecycle of the project. This role will manage technical deployments of proof of concepts, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness signoff deliverables. This role is also a key contributor to ensure that project technical, business, and change solutions meet the needs of the business and are delivered within the acceptance criteria for minimizing operational risk and project postproduction stability.
Scope/Tasks:
- Manage, lead and direct the test strategy workflow and acceptance.
- Partner with the business and technology groups to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements into effective system and technical requirements/specifications that are executable in the test strategy workflow.
- Support the business strategy and project requirements for the business areas.
- Oversee and guide the effective transition from projects to sustainment through project management, production turnover, operational readiness, and post-production stabilization phases.
- Oversee end-to-end projects from requirements gathering through to development and delivery.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Experience:
- In-depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile).
- Experience gathering, documenting, and clarifying requirements from multiple stakeholders using best practice methods and tools.
- Knowledge and/or experience with operational technologies, solution architecture, business process, and project management workflows.
- Experience with business processes, developing/recommending efficiencies, and reducing bottlenecks across end-to-end cross-departmental processes.
