Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the UK Dealer Network, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and Fleet departments regarding vehicle delivery and registration inquiries.
  • Liaise with logistics providers on a daily basis to ensure efficient vehicle processing and timely delivery.
  • Support internal departments with information requests related to vehicle logistics and registration.
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers.
  • Document and review vehicle logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English. (Essential)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (Essential)
  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL). (Desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). (Essential)
