About the Role:
As a Sales Associate at TM Lewin, you will be the face of the brand, providing customers with exceptional service and expert advice on our range of products. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge to help customers find items that meet their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, including fabrics, fits, and tailoring options.
- Promote TM Lewin’s tailoring services and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure that stock is replenished promptly and that all sizes and styles are available on the shop floor.
- Store Operations:
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in stock management activities, including receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory levels.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or luxury retail.
