We are looking for a Store Manager to open the new Lewin store in St Albans this July. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a new store, develop your team, and create a strong, customer-focused culture within a growing heritage retail brand.
You’ll lead from the front, taking full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, and maintaining consistently high standards across sales and customer experience.
- Retail management experience (fashion or premium retail preferred)
- A confident people leader with a coaching mindset
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working to targets
Discretionary bonus and approximately 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
