This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in eCommerce. As our eCommerce Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our website, helping ensure product content is accurate, engaging and easy for customers to shop. You’ll work closely with the eCommerce Manager and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across product launches, site merchandising and digital trading. This role involves working with a high volume of product data, so strong attention to detail and organisation will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Upload and maintain product listings across the website
  • Enhance product content, including descriptions, imagery and attributes
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all product categories
  • Support product launches, promotions and site merchandising
  • Assist with product updates, pricing changes and promotions
  • Help manage product collections and categories
  • Support product visibility and on-site merchandising
  • Produce regular Excel reports (e.g. sales and performance)
  • Support product go-live process and communicate updates
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting
  • Support homepage updates and campaign launches
  • Carry out regular site checks to ensure everything is working smoothly
  • Help identify and resolve any content or merchandising issues

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Excel (e.g. sorting/filtering, basic formulas such as SUM/IF)
  • Interested in eCommerce, retail or digital marketing
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Proactive and keen to learn
  • Desirable (but not essential): Experience using a CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, Magento)
