We’re opening a new T.M. Lewin store in St Albans this July and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of the store.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a new store opening, working closely with the Store Manager to build the team and establish strong standards from day one. You’ll contribute to store performance, team development, and operational standards, leading from the front on the shop floor to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. You’ll also be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the store, helping drive sales, maintain standards, and support the development of the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Retail experience at supervisor or management level
- A confident team player with a proactive approach and the ability to support team performance
- Strong customer service focus
- Commercial awareness and experience working to targets
- Someone keen to develop into a Store Manager role
