About the Role
- Maintain a professional customer and staff relationship
- Ensure the delivery of a professional service at all times
- Responsibility for cash handling, stock control and stock taking
- Ensure kitchen and customer areas are clean at all times
- Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food to the required standards
- Ensure compliance with all company administration and monitoring procedures:
- Recording of food temperatures
- Delivery records
- Recording of fridge and freezer temperatures
- Food storage and labelling in accordance with guidelines
- Daily administration of bookwork including Food Safety Diaries and allergen management including Natasha's law
Package Description
- Salary: £12.50 per hour (19% night shift allowance paid between 10pm - 6am).
- Contracted hours available per week: Nights: 24 hours working any 4 out of 7 nights (Between the hours of 10.30pm-5.00am) including weekends.

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Minimum Level 2 Hygiene certificate and Level 2 Food Safety certificate
- Knowledge of food production methods
- Experience in a fast paced catering or hospitality environment
- Ability to organize and prioritise daily work load
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm within a fast paced environment
