This role is central to the business, acting as the key link between instructors, customers, and leadership. You will ensure that all studios run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at the highest standard. This is a hybrid role, combining remote operational management with regular on-site presence across our London locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Studio Management
- Oversee daily studio operations, openings and ensure seamless execution across all locations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock management
- Manage instructor cover, last-minute changes, and scheduling adjustments
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
- Uphold a consistently professional, welcoming studio environment
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, contractors, and subcontractors, managing relationships, coordinating works, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and site-related issues
- Oversee all customer communication via email and live chat
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a premium customer experience
- Manage memberships, class credits, and account queries via Mindbody
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone and quality standards
- Create and manage staff rotas across all studios
- Coordinate instructor availability and ensure full schedule coverage
- Lead onboarding and induction of new instructors
- Maintain accurate instructor profiles and class schedules
- Oversee and optimise Mindbody operations
- Troubleshoot booking and system-related issues
- Improve internal systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and well maintained
- Conduct regular studio checks to maintain standards
