TΕ· Hafan is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager in Talbot Green to drive the shop's performance across stock, merchandising and Gift Aid. This role expands the Shop Manager's capacity to meet income targets while maintaining a welcoming community-focused store.
You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, uphold procedures, and represent the charity in the local community. The position is 22.5 hours over 3 days weekly, with weekend availability.
