Tŷ Hafan is seeking a Family Support Worker to join the Family Support Team on a 6 month fixed term contract in the hospice and community setting. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, across Monday to Wednesday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, and may involve occasional weekend work to support activities.
You will facilitate groups and provide one-to-one emotional and practical support to families, with a Diploma in Childcare or Health and Social Care, and the ability to travel across the catchment.
