Tŷ Hafan is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of facilities services and health and safety compliance across the estate.
Based at the Head Office, the role is site‑based with weekday hours 9am–5pm and involves line managing a small team and coordinating external contractors.
You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and embed a positive safety culture among staff, contractors and volunteers.
