We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join our successful teams at our Stourport & Shrewsbury depots. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most respected machinery brands in the industry while helping farmers and rural businesses improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Hours:

39 hours per week

Key Duties will Include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • Promoting and selling a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored machinery, precision farming, and aftersales solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the ownership lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with our parts and service teams to ensure customers receive a complete support package.
  • Achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
