We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Agricultural team in our Knockdown depot. This is a hands‑on role at the centre of our operations. You’ll support customers and engineers with machinery parts and product enquiries, helping keep their machines running and customers satisfied. We supply and maintain high‑quality agricultural equipment from some of the world’s most trusted machinery brands. Our reputation is built on strong knowledge, reliable service, and people who take pride in doing the job properly. Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm). Applicants must have the flexibility to be part of a weekend rota covering Saturday and Sunday and undertake additional hours during seasonal farming peaks.
Key Duties will Include:
- Serving agricultural and groundcare customers, and our engineers with parts and technical queries.
- Communicating in‑person, over the phone and via email.
- Ordering parts and managing supplier relationships.
- Producing quotations and processing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate stock control and supporting stock input.
- Keeping the parts department organised, compliant, and running smoothly.
- Helping to grow parts sales by noticing opportunities and supporting the wider team.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Parts experience is desirable; however what’s needed is an interest in agriculture/farming or groundcare, along with a willingness to learn the complexities of parts that is needed for agricultural machinery.
- A team player who can work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- A practical mindset with a focus on solving problems.
- Confidence to identify opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
- UK driving licence.
