Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30pm to 5pm
Key Duties
- When required, respond to incoming calls and organise a callout; liaising with field service engineers to ensure that they attend the site in the required time frame and resolve the fault.
- Raising of jobs on Computer system with supporting documentation for each call-out.
- To plan, coordinate and support the key contract field service engineers to conduct servicing and maintenance of Fire and Security systems, in line with planned maintenance requirements.
- Collation of all Service documentation, issuing of system certificates as required and the raising and appropriate charges ready for invoicing.
- Support all contracts administration activity as directed by the Service Manager.
- Manage and where possible resolve or escalate all contract services related queries to the Service Manager.
- Active role in monthly invoicing process and work in progress.
- Proactively review and monitor processes/procedures from time to time, and with management approval, suggest and implement improvements where possible.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.

- You will have experience working in a team environment.
- You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- You will have excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases.
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- You will be able to handle enquiries in a confident, professional and competent manner.
- Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) including passes in English and Maths.
