We’re also proud to be one of the largest lorry-loader crane training providers in the country.
Our experienced team of instructors deliver a range of ALLMI certified training to ensure owners and operators are fully conversant with current health and safety regulations and operating procedures. We’re looking to hire a Junior Trainer who has a passion for both training and our heavy lifting machines. This is an exciting entry-level opening, for an ambitious individual looking to build a career with a market leader. No prior experience is necessary as full technical product training is provided.
Hours: 42 hours per week Monday - Friday. Flexibility is required to work at customer sites between our operational times of 07:00-18:00. Overnight stays away from home will be required. Our Trainers stay away on average 2 nights per week.
Key Duties will Include:
- You’ll initially be shadowing experienced colleagues and attending development courses for a period of 12 to 18 months.
- In time you’ll be working independently at customer sites or from our own locations with the following responsibilities:
- Delivering ALLMI Lorry Loader Courses
- Delivering ALLMI Slinger Signaller Courses
- Carrying out product familiarisation/ new crane handovers to operators and customers
The Ideal Applicant:
- Excellent communication and confident presentation skills with a desire to become a specialist trainer.
- An interest in loader cranes, lifting machines, the road transport industry or similar.
- Willingness to travel across the UK with overnight stays.
- IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft applications.
- A full UK driving license.
