Hours: 40 hours a week

Key Duties will Include:

  • Perform groundwork activities, including excavation, drainage, concreting, kerbing, paving, and other general construction duties.
  • Lay foundations, including footings, for EV Chargers.
  • Operate plant machinery, such as excavators, dumpers, and rollers, in a safe and effective manner (appropriately trained and licensed).
  • Follow plans and drawings to ensure work is carried out to specification.
  • All other aspects of Groundworks.

The Ideal Applicant:

  • Previous experience in construction or groundworks is essential for you to be successful in this role.
  • In addition to your experience, you will ideally have a valid CSCS card, NPORS / CPCS (360 Excavator, Dumper etc.) and SWQR (Street works), although we can provide training for the right candidate.
  • You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence due to the travel involved with this role.
