We are expanding and looking to strengthen our service support and ensure farmers across the area have the trusted advice, expert engineering and dependable aftersales care that define our name. Hours: 39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri - 08:00-16:00. Additional overtime (paid at time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.
Key Duties will Include:
- You’ll play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our customers’ agricultural machinery, combining both workshop and field-based service work, including:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers.
- Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Completing complex repairs.
- Providing first‑class technical support and customer service on‑site and in the field.
- Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.
The Ideal Applicant:
We’re looking for Agricultural Service Technicians with significant agricultural engineering experience, individuals confident in their ability to handle modern agricultural machinery (tractors or combines) to a manufacturer‑recognised standard. You’ll need to have: A recognised apprenticeship.
