We are recruiting for a skilled Service Technician / Plant Fitter to join our construction aftersales team in Stourport. If you want to join a company where you’re not just a number – where you’re backed to develop and encouraged to progress, then this could be the role for you.
Hours
39 hours a week, Mon‑Thurs 08:00‑16:30 Fri 08:00‑15:30. Additional overtime (paid a time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.
Key Duties will include
- Routine servicing and scheduled maintenance
- Diagnostic work across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out on‑site repairs
- Pre‑delivery inspections and warranty support
You’ll be trusted to manage your own schedule, take ownership of your patch, and represent the T H WHITE name with professionalism and pride.
The Ideal Applicant
- A recognised qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Practical knowledge across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- A customer‑focused approach and confident communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
