T H WHITE is recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Team in Hereford.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8am-5:30pm
Key Duties Will Include
- Serving agricultural customers in person and by phone
- Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
- Ordering parts
- Stock input and control
- Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
- Be part of a summer working rota for weekends and evenings (May-September approx)
The Ideal Applicant
- You will be a team player
- You will have the ability to work under pressure and flexible to quickly change between tasks
- You will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
- You will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
- You will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Previous agriculture or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous
- Clean UK Driving Licence
