Hours
39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri - 08:00-16:00.
Additional overtime (paid at time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.
- Key Duties Will Include
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers.
- Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Completing complex repairs.
- Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field.
- Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.
- The Ideal Applicant
We’re looking for Agricultural Service Technicians with significant agricultural engineering experience, individuals confident in their ability to handle modern agricultural machinery (tractors or combines) to a manufacturer-recognised standard.
- You’ll Need To Have
- A recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Land based engineering or a transferable qualification.
- Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems.
- A precise, methodical approach and pride in workmanship.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field.
- A full UK driving licence and currently live in Frome or the surrounding area.
