Want to work for a respected Agri Dealer on the latest machines with the support to become a Master Technician? Our Hereford depot has an immediate job vacancy for an Agricultural engineer. Whether your experience is in agriculture, plant, HGV or similar then we'd like to hear from you. We can offer the opportunity to work on the latest cutting-edge agricultural technology, manufacturer training and long-term career progression with a business built on 190+ years of trust.
Hours: 39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri - 08:00-16:00. Additional overtime (paid a time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.
Key Duties Will Include:
- It's a good mixture of both mobile and workshop duties.
- As a specialist Agricultural Service Technician you'll be based from our busy workshop location providing aftersales support to our customers.
- You'll be servicing and repairing an extensive range of Tractors, and agricultural machines such as Combine Harvesters, Forage Harvesters, Balers, telehandlers etc.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Proficiency in diagnostics and repairs across various agricultural machinery or similar hydraulic machinery such as construction plant.
- Customer Focus with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- A desire for continuous learning and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A full UK driving licence.
