Agricultural Parts Advisor

T.H. Horn Ltd, a leading supplier to the Agricultural industry across the North of England for over 60 years, are now looking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

We are a leading supplier of Kubota, Kverneland, Krone, McHale, etc.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Dealing with customer enquiries via the phone and over the counter.
• Supply service department with parts as required.
• Receiving goods and checking to orders.
• Identify required parts, pick parts from stock and place orders with suppliers to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain inventory and merchandise displays, ensuring the shop floor and stores is tidy and well-presented.
• Be involved in inventory management and other admin tasks.

What we\’re Looking For:

• Friendly and approachable manner so you can assist internal and external customers.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided if you are willing to learn
• Good knowledge and understanding of the agricultural industry and equipment.
• Proactive and organised work ethic, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with our customers and other team members.

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm & Every other Saturday 8am – 12pm

** Salary negotiable based on experience**
