We are a dynamic, forward‑thinking company that thrives on employing the best people to build on our success. We are looking to recruit an ambitious and progressive Crop Manager to further strengthen our Farming Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in crop care and plant health at one of the UK’s largest vegetable growers.
Role Overview: As a Crop Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the crop from planting through to harvest. Monitoring crop quality and growth, regularly communicating this information. Working closely with our Agronomist and Crop Managers.
Key Requirements:
- Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding growing costs.
- Clear communication skills.
- Good organisation skills.
- Sound decision‑making based on clear facts and thorough data analysis.
- Analysing performance reporting on key metrics and measuring success.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Previous farm experience is highly desirable.
