Technical Engineering Support (TES) est une société d’ingénierie créée il y a + de 30 ans, spécialisée dans la coordination des essais et la mise en service industrielle. TES accompagne également ses clients dans la participation aux études et à la coordination du montage des équipements industriels.
Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous avons un poste à pourvoir au sein du projet de l’EPR2 Hinkley-Point au Royaume-Uni. Le préparateur TES interviendra dans le cadre de la réalisation des activités de Montage sur le site HPC, plus particulièrement les installations mécaniques dans la Station de Pompage (HP – Pump House).
Le périmètre de cette activité a été confié à la Direction Construction et Essais qui devra piloter la mobilisation de ressources de la « Supply Chain » Française. La prestation de préparation et de soudage des activités de montage des tuyauteries au périmètre NI (Nuclear Island) ou BOP (Balance of Plant) recouvre les activités suivantes :
- Identification de la charge de travail dans la Zone de Montage dans le périmètre
- Intégration des séquences de montage prévues au Planning
- Prise en compte des jalons directeurs du planning N4 concernant la zone de montage
- Revue de constructibilité des zones de montage concernés en vue de l’optimisation des séquences de montage
- Prise en compte des demandes de permis de feu, de régimes de consignation et du programme de Tir Radio
- Remontée vers les représentants du Projet HPC en cas d’identification de points faibles liés à la sécurité des activités à réaliser
- Participation aux routines quotidiennes mises en place par le Projet HPC sur la Zone de Montage concernée
- Préparation de l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux : Weld Card, Plans d’Installation, Intégration / saisie de l’ensemble des informations nécessaires dans les outils informatiques déployés sur HPC – L4SPE, AS9, Weldeye entre autres
- Contribution aux suivis d’avancement, pilotage de progrès et de productivité des équipes
- Préparation des matériaux et des équipements : Vérification des matériaux à souder (types d'acier, métaux spéciaux)
- Préparation des outils de soudage, des machines à souder, et des dispositifs de protection
- Lecture des plans et des spécifications techniques : Analyse des plans et des spécifications pour comprendre les types de soudure à réaliser
- Vérification des procédures de soudage (Welding Procedure Specification - WPS) en conformité avec les normes nucléaires
- Réalisation des opérations de soudage
Le profil recherché est celui de préparateurs soudeurs expérimentés méthodes / préparateur travaux avec minimum 8 ans d'expérience en environnements industriels exigeants (BTP, nucléaire, aéronautique), spécialisé dans la préparation d'interventions, la rédaction de dossiers techniques, l'optimisation des méthodes et le suivi de production, avec une capacité à faire le lien entre le bureau d'études et le terrain et une forte culture sécurité, qualité et terrain.
