The Possession Support Staff will join our Possession Management Department on a0-hour contract, with availability of mainly nights. We are looking for those based in and around Cambridge.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the continued safety of allTESstaff and subsequent contracted staff; and at the core of everything, safety is the number one focus for the organisation as a whole.

About You
We are looking for dedicated, qualified professionals who are ready to make a difference.
- Location: Ideally basedin and around Cambridge.
- Availability: Must have availability for a0-hour contract, with shifts predominantly coveringnights during the weekend,but also requiring day, night, weekend, and bank holiday availability.
The ideal PSS will:
- Hold the following competencies: PTS, IWA orCOSS and PS
- Be a driver with own vehicle that is ULEZ compliant
- Be willing and able to successfully complete a Network Rail approved pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
The PSS typical shift:
- Assisting as a team member in managing the rail line possession
- Attending (S)PICOP and COSS briefings; raising any concerns if the messages are not clear
- Supporting pre-possession checks, briefings etc and be in place at blocking points at least one hour in advance
- Monitoring of blocking points and place boards and detonators according to the Network Rail guidelines
- Attending worksites to carry out safety audits on behalf of Network Rail
- Attending and supporting on site walkouts (pre work), to understand the environment and investigate all safety concerns
