We’re a well-established rail safety company looking for motivated individuals to join our P-WAY department. About You

Who We’re Looking For

We’re ideally looking for people who live in or around Colchester, Clacton, Harwich, Chelmsford, and Ipswich, and are also drivers. The ideal person for this role will:

  • Hold PTS (Personal Track Safety) and TIC (Track Induction) competencies.
  • Be available for shifts, which will primarily be nights and weekends.

If you also have a driver's license and access to a vehicle, and Chainsaw, CAT Scan, or Track Trolley competencies, that’s a huge plus!
