My client, an established boutique firm of Quantity Surveying consultants, now seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them to work on high-end individual residential projects. My client is based in South West London and does expect people to work from the office 4 days per week with Fridays available to work from home.
You will be involved in all aspects of Cost Management doing both pre and post contract duties including:
- Overseeing cost management and budget control
- Dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Preparing reports and maintaining project documentation
- Ensuring compliance with contracts and contract administration
You should be able to run your own projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and ideally be able to run several projects concurrently, working very closely with the clients, architects, and interior designers.
My client is a boutique busy firm of PQS working mainly on high-end and super prime residential projects. They have one office based in South West London.
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS. You do not need to be chartered but should have good experience of both pre and post contract work including good experience of contract administration. You will need to have a recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying.
