THE ROLE My client is growing their Building Surveying team. They now seek an ambitious ASSOCIATE BUILDING SURVEYOR who must be MRICS qualified to run and help grow their central London office. There will be the opportunity for the right person to move up to Director level if successful. You will work closely with the Director and you will need broad based experience as projects include work for both private and public sector clients. THE COMPANY My client is a firm of consultants with three UK offices at present. They are multi disciplinary and currently do Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management along with Dispute work. THE CANDIDATE You will be either a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Building Surveyor currently. You must be MRICS qualified and have at least six years or more PQE. You will have some experience of mentoring and supporting junior building surveyors and helping them towards achieving chartered status. You should be able to manage and grow key client accounts, do bids, prepare fee proposals.
