THE ROLEMy client seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join them in Newcastle upon Tyne.

They are seeking someone either at Project Surveyor level who may be recently chartered or someone with a couple of years post qualification experience.

THE CANDIDATEYou will be a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.
My client would like someone who has around three to five years post graduate experience doing pre and post contract work.
You will need to have a recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying i. e.
BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar and have around 3 plus years experience working for a PQS firm either post graduation or during your Degree if you were doing your BSc on day release.
You need to have both pre and post contract experience.
Salary is in the region of £40000 to £60000 negotiable plus benefits include private medical and mental health cover, a performance related bonus, life assurance, flexible / hybrid working, professional fees etc.
