My client seeks a SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER / Q.S. for a long term contract role working RAIL related projects - based in Milton Keynes.
You must have experience of all quantity surveying and commercial management duties and have good Rail experience using NEC contracts.
Experience of doing Cost Verfication and cost audit work is required.
THE COMPANY
My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices.
My client works on projects for infrastructure and also for buildings.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor / commercial manager who has good experience of working on RAIL related projects.
You should have a BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying or in Commercial Management or similar.
You may be MRICS qualified although this is not essential.
You will have in excess of 6 years quantity surveying experience.
You must have good knowledge in the use of NEC contracts. xiskglj
The contract roles will be inside IR35 and rates will depend on your level of experience but likely to be from Β£480 to Β£500 per day.
My client may also be interested in taking someone on a salaried basis and salaries are negotiable.
