Senior Practitioner Court Team

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivatedSenior Practitionerto join the Court Team on an agency basis.

The Court Team works with a small number of children and families where there are court proceedings required or underway and there is a strong emphasis on achieving timely outcomes which ensure secure, stable futures for Bromleys children. The Court Team is made up of experienced social work practitioners who have a common commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for children looked after. Bromleys commitment is to reduce court times and to build on our good practice in care proceedings.

Qualifications

• BA Honors or Masters Degree in Social Work
• Social Work England Registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
• At least three years of post-qualifying experience employed directly within an LA children's service in England
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
