- Mastermind workflow: Manage daily tasks for workshop and field technicians, maximising resource utilisation and adhering to manufacturer standards.
- Become the customer champion: Handle inquiries, create and manage digital job cards, and ensure an accurate recording of Labour & parts, exceeding expectations every step of the way.
- Cost control expert: Monitor operating costs (including overheads) and implement strategies to stay within budget while maintaining quality service.
- Inspire and lead: Set high standards, foster a positive and engaged team environment, and ensure performance levels are maintained.
