In our continual effort to improve our levels of customer service and make TC Harrison JCB the best it can be, please be aware that incoming and outgoing telephone calls may be monitored and recorded for training and quality purposes.

We require an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at our Alfreton Depot in Derbyshire.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience within a parts environment, ideally within the plant industry or motor trade.
Good customer service, sales, computer skills and a Full Clean Driving Licence are essential.
Whilst the above is desirable, a candidate with a suitable attitude and the desire to perform as part of a professional team will be considered as would a candidate who displays a flexible approach to their work with a willingness to learn all aspects of the Parts Dept.
